Is everything handmade?
Yes everything is handmade in a sterilized separate business location.
How often do you restock?
We restock and add new arrivals bi-weekly on Monday's. Be sure to subscribe to our mail VIP list for exclusive offers, deals, new arrivals and much much more. Follow @Boutiquebyshi on Instagram & turn on the post notifications for restock updates and new product releases.
What if I want a size that you do not carry or an item is out of stock?
If we do not carry a specific size, style or color customers are more than welcome to email us at Boutiquebyshi@gmail.com about your inquiry and we will try our best to get you what you're looking for. There is also a handle on the Boutique by Shi site that will show up when you click on an item that is out of stock. You may also email us about restocking items as well.
We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. There is also a handle on the Boutique by Shi site that will show up when you click on an item that is out of stock. You may also email us about restocking items as well.
ORDER AND SHIPPING
How do I cancel my order?
We cannot cancel orders once they are placed. For cancelation inquiries, we may edit your order or store credit will be issued for a future purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We are currently under a 2-3 business day processing time. This does not include weekend days. Processing time remains the same regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping is 3-7 business days not including processing days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What's the difference between order processing time and shipping time?
Order processing time is the time it takes to package your order along with a group of other orders. Shipping time is the time it takes USPS to deliver your items.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.
Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
How to track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.
*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
My order never got to me, what do I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours. Be sure to check with neighbors too as your package may have gotten mixed up with their mail.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in more than 48 hours or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.
If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Boutique by Shi offers exchanges, we do not offer refunds. However, If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange if it is within the four day period of you receiving the item. Each order is packaged with the upmost love and delicacy, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process, Boutique by Shi will never sale damaged or defective items.
Please be sure to review the item's description before purchase. Boutique by Shi will not offer refunds or exchanges if the item or product does not appear to your liking as you may have thought it would. Unfortunately, all sales are final.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more.
If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at boutiquebyshi@gmail.com to file a claim or initiate an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Can I exchange an Item?
You must be approved for an exchange or refund before that service is offered to you. For example, If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange your product, you should receive a return shipping address in your email along with further description as to how to complete the return/exchange process.
*To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.
